“‘Am I not allowed to do what I choose with what belongs to me? Or do you begrudge my generosity?’ (15): What man needs to receive God’s salvation is to have that desire first, and to understand that nothing man can do by himself to access it. For whoever has such a spirit, God is able to transform him and make him a new creation. These laborers had not become a new creation, and were anticipating to be given more than the others, instead of willingly sharing with others equitably. However our God is faithful, and he is always kind to all the people he has created. Consider: When a person gets saved, and  becomes a new creation, he’s characterized by compassion, which stimulates him to care about all who are in need.
