But he said to them, “It is I, do not be afraid.” (20): Jesus requested his disciples to go ahead of him in their way to Bethesda in the Eastern of Capernaum, and he remain saying good bye to the people then after he went to pray privately with the father (Marc.6.45-46). Early in the morning, the ship that these disciples were in were tossed by the waves, This made him rush to approach his disciples walking on the sea to be with them in these difficult moments. When Jesus approached the disciples they were afraid, thinking that it was a ghost approaching (Mathew 14.24-26). To comfort them Jesus told them that he is with them. This was the wonderful help that the disciples did not expect to find in these troublesome waves time. God saves us in right time. Do not work for the food that perishes, but for  the food that endures to eternal life (27): Some people follow Jesus looking for eternal life, others only look for their daily food that perishes, it is worthy examining yourself to see if you are still truly following Jesus.
