Saturday 13 January John 4.43-54 Qn.3

After  the two days he departed for Galilee. (43): Jesus Left Jerusalem in Judea and went to Nazareth in Galilee where he was raised. Many people of the region knew him since he used to be in synagogue speaking worlds of wisdom though he was still young, But they have not believed him as well (44; Luke 4.16). There are many things that tires those who do the work of God but don’t be discouraged because God who called you is with you. The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him and went on his way. (50) This leader who came to beg for his child to be healed, did not come to Jesus based on his honor, he came humbly basing on what his son needed most. If he came to Jesus with Authority and power it could not have helped him. Humility and faith that Jesus can do everything was very important. This son who was suffering from pneumonia on the seventh hour was already healed though he didn’t meet Jesus in person. (53). Consider: faith creates (53). Song 359 (Praise)
