Friday 12 January John 4.31-42 Qn.2,3

My food is  to do the will of him who sent me and  to accomplish his work (34): After the long journey that Jesus has made, Jesus was tired and hungry because he had traveled six hours (6). The disciples went to the Samaritans village to find food for him (8). Jesus rejected their offer and decided not to eat, his priority was to work on his assignments on earth, performing his duties were like his food. Sometimes we spend a lot of time not doing anything on our duties that God has called us to accomplish, hence our time on earth is very short (Psalm 90.10). And many more believed in a great number than the precedents (41): Many of the Samaritans city believed Jesus after hearing testimonies and news about the savior (42) Consider: in everything you are going through always consider that God’s Love and mercy are far greater than our sins, which causes you to repent and to receive Christ’s kindness.
